Subject: GPS receiver change at Metsahovi

Metsahovi GPS station (METS) took into use a TurboRogue SNR-8100
on 30 April 1995 00:02 UT. The old antenna was kept. In the
beginning some delay in data flow occurs. 
The updated station log has been sent to IGSCB.
