Parts of the SOPAC archive are back online after a series of server and 
storage array hardware failures.  One of the primary storage arrays 
hosting the archive is still unreachable, and we are currently unable to 
restore cluster-based hosting.  Therefore the archive is in a degraded 
condition and further outages may occur.
