It is interesting that the the L-band transmitter of the previous R23 (714) was active until 00:29 of 19 Mar 2010 (day 078). The transmitter of the new R23 (732) has been activated approximately 8 hours after deactivation of the predecessor. The L-Band transmitters of all three new GLONASS-M satellites have been activated finally within just 24 hours. Moreover, it should be noted that the previous occupants of R23 and R22 (714 and 726) have been relegated to a "spare" status. Remark: An obvious R23 tracking failure concerning JPS receiver models seems to be caused by the quick R23 constellation change mentioned. The CODE GNSS orbit products include currently up to 51 satellites (31 GPS plus 20 GLONASS). G01 is marked unhealthy, G25 is unoccupied; R15 is again active, but marked unusable (after a recent outage). Once more, it should be emphasized that current data of R09 (722) is considered useless and is therefore generally excluded from our analysis. IMPORTANT NOTE: The list of IGS GNSS receivers which are providing incomplete (or no) GLONASS tracking data includes: bako: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO 6.02/3.015 cpxf: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO 6.02/3.015 hnpt: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO 7.53 iddr: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO 5.62 ilha: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO 5.62 isba: TRIMBLE NETR5 NP 4.10 / SP 3.55 mdvj: TPS NETG3 3.3 DEC,22,2008 P6 mtka: ASHTECH Z18 0065 ZT16 ntus: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO 7.53/3.015 ntz1: TPS NETG3 3.2 DEC,12,2007 nurk: TPS NETG3 3.3 nya1: TRIMBLE NETR8 4.03 rcmn: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO 7.53/3.014 spt0: JPS E_GGD 2.6.1 JAN,10,2008 sunm: JPS LEGACY JPS_4 / 2.6.1 JAN,1 tlse: TRIMBLE NETR5 4.03 tro1: TRIMBLE NETR8 4.03 unfe: ASHTECH Z18 0065 ZT17 Please be referred to the following regularly updated lists: http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_glonass_incomplete.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_gps_incomplete.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_gnss_incomplete.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_glonass_day.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_gps_day.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_gnss_day.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_mixed_day.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_glonass_receiver.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_gps_receiver.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_gnss_receiver.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/odata_mixed_receiver.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/tracking_glo_neg_freq_not_ready.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/tracking_no_glonass.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/tracking_glonass.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/tracking_gps.txt http://www.aiub.unibe.ch/download/igsdata/tracking_gnss.txt See also IGS Mails 5650, 5668, 5695, 5824, 5854, 5898: http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igsmail/2007/msg00130.html http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igsmail/2007/msg00148.html http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igsmail/2008/msg00017.html http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igsmail/2008/msg00146.html http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igsmail/2008/msg00176.html http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igsmail/2009/msg00024.html Best regards, The CODE AC Team
