There is a possibility to download files from the Central Bureau
Information System CBIS for those people who have access to E-Mail
but not to Internet/ftp:

Send a mail to

  bitftp@pucc.princeton.edu      (or BITFTP@PUCC for BITNET users)

containing the commands you would need to download the file(s) per ftp,
e.g.

  ftp sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov
  user anonymous
  get /igscb/TREE.TXT            (to download TREE.TXT from directory /igscb)
  quit
