Subject: Richmond (RCM5) maser problem

The external frequency standard for the Turbo Rogue at
Richmond had a problem on May 10 around 5am UTC. Unfortunately
the recovery has taken a longer period than it normally would.
The following is a record of Turbo Rogue clock offsets (in
micro seconds) since May 10:

   May 15           -603.9

   May 17           -818.9
   
Currently the receiver is disconnected to the maser and runs on
its internal clock. We hope the problem will be resolved on May 19.
