NOTIFICATION:

We observed a third repositioning event with respect to the recently
launched PRN01/SVN49 satellite on:

09-Apr-2009 23:43:15 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1526.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    -3.5 mm/sec (radial)
  2076.5 mm/sec (along track)
   -12.6 mm/sec (out of plane)
