Subject: Richmond and Westford (WFRD) status

Richmond - The Turbo Rogue antenna (s/n 145) stopped
           working after a heavy rain on 94/4/27 at
           8:51:00 UTC. A replacement unit was installed
           on 94/4/29. Tracking has returned to normal since
           20:50:00 UTC. The serial numbers of the new 
           system are:
           Antenna: 114
           Turbo Rogue receiver: T160
           
WFRD     - The final stage of a series of antenna/monument
           installation tests will take place this week
           (GPS week 747.) IGS users should not use the 
           station observation data for orbit computation 
           until further notice.
