As of this moment we have about 120 attendees registered. I will be visiting the Workshop Hotel tomorrow to meet with their personnel to go over some remaining details. Later this week I'll provide some additional information that should answer some of the questions I have been receiving. I believe just about all of our allotted rooms have now been filled. If anyone still needs a room at the Workshop hotel and finds that no rooms are available, please let me know and I'll ask the hotel coordinators if they can make some exceptions - but you'd need to let me know right now. I would like to get a count of the Poster Papers that will be presented. I have received emails indicating intentions to present posters from some of you, but I don't know how complete this list is. So I'd like anyone who is presenting a poster to email me their title (even if you already notified me, Jim Ray or your session co-chairs before). I'm expecting the poster format to be horizontal, about 1m x 1.8m, but I will confirm this later this week. Thanks again to all the attendees. We're looking forward to a very successful Workshop. ----------------------------------------------------------- Dr. Gerald L.
