It's managed by the Swiss Federal Office of Topography, and is intended to overlap with station ZIMM until the end of life of ZIMM's antenna. ZIM2 is also a EUREF station and several ACs in Europe have already been analyzing the data. Hourly and all-in-view GLONASS data are available, and there are lots of co-located instruments like WVR and gravity, as one would expect at Zimmerwald. The site log is available at the IGSCB and you'll start seeing ZIM2 on network lists and maps within the next few days.
