NOVM is at the Siberian Research Institute for Metrology (SNIIM) and is managed by the Institute of Metrology for Time and Space (IMVP / VNIIFTRI). It tracks GPS and GLONASS, and the frequency standard is a hydrogen maser. Note: there will be more site additions in the coming days.
