I was informed by SOEST that the monument had been hit by a navy ship. KOU1 is also decommissioned. ESOC informed me that an experimental Galileo receiver is now operating on that monument. And since I am sending an IGSMail message on the solstice anyway, may I take the opportunity to wish everyone a pleasant holiday!
