The history is traced by changing the WWWW in the name of the ANTEX file. SP3 comment line: To allow a unique tracing of the used satellite offsets (especially in the early phase) it was necessry to make a change in the SP3 header comment line. Now the full name of the ANTEX file is given there. We are using this 'event' to make some other slight formal changes in the format. The new format is given below. Sorry for the inconvenience this change may cause, but we decided to do it now rather than to stick on a version not so easy to handle.
