NOTIFICATION:

We observed a second repositioning event with respect to the recently
launched PRN17/SVN53 satellite on:

18-Oct-2005 11:19:49 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1345.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    -1.8 mm/sec (radial)
  2817.5 mm/sec (along track)
     1.7 mm/sec (out of plane)
