NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to the recently launched
PRN17/SVN53 satellite on:

15-Oct-2005 20:36:52 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1344.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    -6.3 mm/sec (radial)
  3367.5 mm/sec (along track)
    39.0 mm/sec (out of plane)
