Dear colleagues,
On March 16th at  09:25 UTC,  the GPS receiver in La Rochelle was changed.
The complete file for DOY 065, coming from the two UZ12 receivers was 
spliced with TEQC at 09:25 UTC time, and has just been resubmitted to 
IGNI center.
