After multiple delays, the launch of the Block IIR-13 GPS satellite
now appears on-track for Friday, 05 Nov., between 05:43 and 06:11 UTC.
According to the NGA website, IIR-13 will be designated SVN61/PRN02.

With this launch, the constellation will increase to 30 spacecraft,
including spares.  The next planned launch is in March 2005 of the
first in the IIR-M series.
