It's operated by the National Institute of Standards and Technology with some assistance from JPL and UNAVCO in the data management department. NISU's frequency input is steered to UTC(NIST) from one of 5 masers in NIST's ensemble. The igs_01.pcv, rcvr_ant.tab, and antenna.gra files have been updated to reflect NISU's hardware, along with some other corrections and additions. NISU's site log is installed here at the CB and you will begin to see it in station lists and maps as the pages are automatically updated in the next day.
