Dear colleagues,

let us provide some updates and additional information
concerning the Proceedings to the IGS Workshop&Symposium in Berne:

1. The deadline for submissions is April 16, 2004. We expect to receive
    missing contributions by mid next week at the latest.

2. As the success of the proceedings heavily depends on the Wednesday
    Symposium papers, the corresponding authors are encouraged to submit
    their contributions in time.

3. We have prepared a list of all submitted contributions, posted
    on our ftp-server (ftp://ftp.unibe.ch/aiub/igsws2004/Submissions.pdf).
    Please check if your paper/poster is enlisted in this file and
    notify the editor (michael.meindl@aiub.unibe.ch) if not.

4. Almost all oral presentations are already available on our ftp-server
    in pdf format (ftp://ftp.unibe.ch/aiub/igsws2004/).
