Dear Colleagues,

The Ashtech receiver on Mahe, Seychelles (SEY1) is experiencing severe tracking
problems. Please consider data after 05-APR-2004:09:00 UTC as suspicious/compromised
(and only tracking a few satellites).

We are investigating the problem and will try to replace equipment as soon as
possible.
