dear colleagues,

due to a small bug in our software the igs rapid and final sp3-product
files had a format error in each epoch header record.

the accuracy of the start second was to small (see example).

*  2004  3 28  0  0  0.000000     | ERROR
*  2004  3 28  0  0  0.00000000   | OK     (F11.8)

the affected time period is (gpsweek-weekday):

RAPID: from 1261-1 to 1264-3
FINAL: from 1259-0 to 1262-6

the files are exchanged in the archives. sorry for any inconveniences
connected with this bug.
