For the IGS Final products this will start at GPSweek 1259. Also the clocks included in the SP3 files will be taken from the new product, so that the sp3- and clk-files are consistent. The clock product will provide a much better realization of the IGS time scale. (see also Ray, J., and K. Senior, IGS/BIPM Pilot Project: GPS carrier phase for time/frequency transfer and time scale formation, 4th International Time Scale Algorithms Symposium, at BIPM, Svres, France, 18-19 March 2002, Metrologia , 40 (3), S270-S288, 2003 ; erratum, 40 (4), 205, 2003.) The clock differences between all satellites and stations within one epoch will be identical with the raw clock combination and therefore the precise point positioning results will not be affected by this change. From now onwards the new clock products can be downloaded from the IGS global data centers. Best regards Gerd Gendt Thomas Nischan PS: All IGS orbit and clock products can also be downloaded from ftp.gfz-potsdam.de/pub/igsacc/product (see also http://www.gfz-potsdam.de/igsacc)
