One of the main features of the revision will be a new "Improved Clock and Ephemeris" (ICE) navigation message to be broadcast on the L2C signal. The relevant documents are available at JPO's Public Interface Control Working Group (ICWG) website at . The ICE message is described in Section 30. Comments can be submitted, using the appropriate comment form, by 8 April 2004. Since an ICWG meeting will review the proposals on 24-25 March, comments filed before that time can be considered at the meeting.
