On 10 December 2003, three new GLONASS satellites were launched.  They are
identified as follows:

GLONASS No.    Cosmos No.   Plane  Slot
701                      2404               1        1
794                      2402               1        2
795                      2403               1        4

There were 8 operational GLONASS satellites prior to this launch, so this
latest launch will bring the total number of satellites to 11 if all become
operational.
