Ferland Dear colleagues, Changes to improve the usefulness of the proposed IGb00 were made by Gerd & Jim. They suggested to include the rejected reference frame stations such that the proposed realization could be used on past as well as future solutions, using all the reference frame stations available at the time. An updated version of the proposed IGb00 "IGS03P33_RS106.snx" realization of ITRF2000 has just been posted at: ftp macs.geod.emr.ca cd /pub/requests/sinex/rfwg It differs from the latest proposed realization "IGS03P33_RS99.snx" by including the stations that were dropped between the current "IGS01P37_RS54.snx" and the proposed realization. Those 7 stations are: BRMU KWJ1 OHIG SHAO THU1 TROM ZWEN. The other 99 stations are identical between "IGS03P33_RS99.snx" and "IGS03P33_RS106.snx". The coordinates of the 7 stations added were extracted from the "IGS03P33.snx" solution; this ensured the consistency of all the coordinates/velocity is maintained. For those of you that are only concerned with the use of the proposed realisation from the time it becomes official, the "IGS03P33_RS99.snx" will be perfectly adequate. The "SOLUTION/EPOCHS" block was also used to indicate the time span for which the station coordinates are valid. That block was also used to indicate when discontinuities for the reference frame stations were included in the analysis. Thanks to M. Bourassa for doing some quality check on the=20 new proposed solution.
