The IGS/BIPM Pilot Project website is now archived at:

http://www.bipm.org/static/gpst/

The project, which finished at the end of 2002, aimed to
develop carrier phase GPS techniques for improved time
and frequency transfers using IGS clock products.  The
website is now static, but contains historical information
that may be helpful for some users.
