Advisory: We are currently experiencing a network outage.  
          A substantial portion of our WAN is down.  
          
          30-second data for IGS sites ALBH, ALGO, CHUR, 
          KUUJ, NRC1, SCH2, WHIT & YELL will be recovered
          when our wide area network is repaired.  At this time 
          we do not have an estimated time to repair.        
  
          1-Hz data will remain unavailable throughout this outage,
          When the WAN is repaired, missing 1-Hz data will not 
          be recovered.  Regular production of 1-Hz data will resume.
