There was a failure of the aer-conditioning in the computer rooms of the
BKG facilities last Sunday, July 20. Due to that failure and the current 
hot temperatures in Germany a number of our servers overheated and 
stopped functioning. It is currently not possible to connect
to BKG with ftp. We expect to re-establish all connections during the
next few hours.
