These values will appear in ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/station/general/igs.snx, in the +SITE/GPS_PHASE_CENTER section on the line corresponding to the present WTZZ equipment. And the values for TRM33429.20+GP have been corrected in igs_01.pcv. They now represent the current calibration values available from NGS, as M. Morrison detailed in IGSMail 4471. You will see these values now appear in igs.snx, for the antennas corresponding to the GMAS station (current equipment) and SULP (equipment present from days 161-286 of 2001).
