Dear colleagues,

The GLONASS tracking problems reached in the course of D171 a point
which is more than alarming. We had to stop orbit determination with
respect to an active GLONASS satellite just because of a lack of IGLOS
tracking data! Only five IGLOS stations,

  dwh1,
  khaj,
  os0g,
  spt0,
  zimj,

are currently able to provide R08 tracking data. All other IGLOS
stations,

  bogi,
  cagz,
  conz,
  darr,
  davr,
  drej,
  ffmj,
  godz,
  gope,
  helj,
  hert,
  hueg,
  irkj,
  joz2,
  kr0g,

  mat1,

  mr6g,
  mtbg,
  mtka,
  ohi3,
  reyz,
  thu2,
  titz,
  unb1,
  wroc,
  wtzj,
  wtzz,
  yarr,

seem to simply ignore this transmitting GLONASS satellite:
