Dear Colleagues,

The site in Mbarara, Uganda (MBAR) has been returned to service. Data flow
of high-rate, hourly and daily RINEX files (products published previously)
should commence shortly.

Also, please note that while verifying other information in the site log,
it was determined that the antenna height (or Marker->ARP Up Ecc.) had
been reported in error as 15.3mm. The reported valued in the most recently
submitted site log has been revised to the correct value of 8.3mm.
