Sorry for the confusion. Basic summary of GGAO Frequency Instability: On DOY 134 @ 15:25 UT the GGAO maser frequency took off at a high offset rate of -4.43E-11. (Prior to this, the frequency offset had been a nominal 1.59E-13) Between the above time and DOY 135 @ 10:45 UT the average frequency offset rate was -4.43E-11. On DOY 135 @ 10:45 UT the problem was corrected. After several hours, the maser settled in at its current offset rate of 1.07E-14. The maser is fully stable at this time. Irv Diegel HTSI Maser Group
