It is expected that the new firmware will resolve the periodic data loss experienced at this site. The receiver switch took place between 17:00 and 17:45 UT on 2003-04-03 (DOY 093). A new site log has been forwarded to the IGS CB. It has also been noticed by us and the AIUB Analysis Center that data from HOLM is of poorer quality than that from our other sites using the same receiver and antenna combination. We plan to investigate, and hopefully resolve, the problem when we visit the site this Summer. A faulty antenna or bad antenna cable are suspected. We apologize for any inconvenience this problem may cause. -- Mike Craymer, Ph.D. Geodetic Survey Division, Natural Resources Canada 615 Booth Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0E9, Canada Tel 613-947-1829, Fax 613-992-6628, Cell 613-791-0157 Email Geodetic Survey Division NAREF
