Dear IGS Colleagurs,

SYOG's suspended system reported in IGS-MAIL #4119 is now manually operational,
and the observation data(doy275 to 340) fortunately left in the receiver were 
submitted to CDDIS.
For a while data submission will be occasional till we can announce the complete
restoration of the system.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
