SANT - The on-site data collection computer malfunctioned and has recently (today) been returned to service. The data required to fill the resulting gap is, unfortunately, not retrievable. PIMO - Radio modem antenna repositioning was required to improve communications (many data epochs were being lost in addition to many contiguous hours per day missed). Initial results following the change suggest improvements were effected. GUAM - Recent storms have taken out many services such as power and water. Equipment on-site appears to be undamaged, but there is no return to service date at this time. Many thanks to the local personnel at each site for their efforts related to these site problems. Best regards and winter holiday season, -dave
