Additional Detail:  Yellowknife Hydrogen Maser Frequency Standard:

Adjustments to frequency offset and frequency drift were performed.  The 
frequency offset before the adjustment was approximately +2.81E-13  LTM 
to USNO and this was moved as close to zero as possible.  The frequency 
drift compared to USNO before the adjustment was approximately +1.67E-15 
and an adjustment was performed to take most of this out or at least flatten

out the frequency drift.
