The internal crystal of the WSRT H-Maser experienced a hick-up on DOY 180
(June 29, 2002) at 1:27 UTC. It was discovered on DOY 182 (July 1, 2002)
at around 8:00 UTC and the drift was about 390 microseconds per day. At
13:00 UTC the problem has been solved and the H-Maser was since then again
under control.
We regret any inconvenience and apologize for that.
