DLR-KN-NL in Oberpfaffenhofen just forwarded this information:

Because of high precise collocation of the Ashtech ZXII3T Metronome
receiver, four character ID OBET, with another Ashtech Z-XII3T
Metronome receiver from BIPH at another site, do not use the
data from the OBET GPS Permanent Tracking Station from
day 188 until day 193.
