Koganei time transfer station(KGNO) temporarily stopped the power due to
adjustment of the equipmet for UTC at 9:40 on April 5th, 2002.

Therefore, you will see the data gap in the UTC file between 9:40 and 9:50
of April 5th(DOY 098) at Station KGNO.
