Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the GPS receiver and the antenna at 
Sutherland, South Africa (SUTH) have been replaced at ~08:00 UTC, 
26Feb2002(DOY 057). An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGSCB. 
In order to reflect this change in the RINEX files correctly, data 
from d057-d065 have been resubmitted to CDDIS. We apologize for any 
inconvenience caused by this resubmission.
