Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that data from site QUIN will be unavailable
until alternate communications to the site can be established.
The communications outage may result in permanent data loss from
the site, as we will not be able to verify status of the data
collection system until repairs can be scheduled and effected.
Any useable data recovered will be published once it
is collected. Apologies for the outage and inconvenience.
