Dear Colleagues,

The Ascension Island site, ASC1 continues to be plagued with
problems...the telephone system is now not functioning properly.
Any data recovered once this is resolved will be published to
IGS Data Centers.

Apologies for the "now you see it, now you don't" behavior.
