 Subject: Datas for station THTI

 Due to differents problems we have lost datas for THTI
  
  - doy 354 datas stop at 09H35 TU
  - doy 355 datas start at 20H 44  (restart of the receiver)

  - doy 360 no datas from 03H00  to 18H00 TU failure of power supply

  - doy 361 datas stopped at 20H18 TU  failure of power supply
  - doy 362,363,364,365,01 no datas 
  - doy 02 datas start at 19H53 TU  power supply is repaired.
