Dear Colleagues,

this is to inform that, due to failure of the Bernese computer facility,
the IGS Rapid products (igr11391.*) are delayed.   
We hope to resume operation within the next 3 hours and apologize for
any inconvenience this delay may cause.

The next Ultra-Rapid orbits will be delivered tomorrow Nov.7 ,2001, 3 UTC
