Dear Colleagues,

The communications equipment at Quincy, California
(QUIN) has been damaged due to a lightning strike.
Repairs to the communications equipment are underway,
but we are not able to ascertain the full extent
of the damage at this time, especially in regard to
the GPS receiver and antenna. Further updates will be
reported as we learn more.
