Thanks to the efforts of Seth Gutman <Gutman@zeus.fsl.noaa.gov> a new
met package has been installed at USNO.  The data should begin to be
reported shortly.  The package is a GPS Surface Observing System (see
http://maia.usno.navy.mil/eo/gsos-met.pdf) from NOAA's Forecast Systems
Laboratory with the following specifications:

8.1  Humidity Sensor Model    : HUMICA H-sensor (pn 16663)
       Manufacturer           : Vaisala
       Data Frequency         : 15 seconds
       Accuracy (% rel h)     : +/-1%(0...90%RH)
                              : +/-2%(90...100%RH)
