As previously announced, an FTP area has been created for 
alternate access to hourly RINEX data (a subset of that normally 
available at CDDIS, subject to data availability).

The existing (lack of) directory structure is changing
to an organized structure (year/doy/hour) to improve
ftp query performance (so you don't have to list 10000
files every hour). Those using this area may want to
modify access scripts accordingly. New hourly data is being
pushed to the new dir structure now. The files are also
still being copied to /pub/HOURLY/ but this will be
discontinued shortly (<24 hours).
