Dear colleagues, 

We would like to draw your attention to a specific session in the next 
ION GPS meeting devoted to Atmospheric Effects.
The ION GPS meeting will be held September 11-14, 2001 at Salt Lake City, 
Utah. You will find information on the technical sessions, the 
registration form, hotel information, etc, at the website

 http://www.ion.org/meetings/gps2001cfa.html.

The Atmospheric Effects session will cover the following items:
- Ionospheric effects:
	models for single-frequency users, use of dual or multiple 
	frequencies, scintillation, error sources and error reduction, 
	solar cycles, measurements.
- Tropospheric effects:
	models, dry and wet components, error sources and reduction,
	measurements, real-time estimation.

Please pass-on this message to any colleagues that might be interested 
and missing from our mailing list.
