Sender: owner-igsmail Precedence: bulk ****************************************************************************** IGS Electronic Mail 30 Dec 23:55:09 PST 2000 Message Number 3151 ****************************************************************************** Author: Herb Dragert This is a "heads-up" notice for anyone operating Leica 1000 receivers under Firmware version 8.02: There appears to be a problem in the dates generated for the internal logging of files. For Dec. 31 , the day/month/year entry on the internal logging directory is set at 00/01/01 instead of 31/12/00. Consequently, any requests for Dec.31 data using a "timespan" request results in a "data not found" message. This means "Leica Link" will not be able to retrieve these data. Although I have not yet tried it, I assume a direct file "dump" of the data under the MC_CDU program should still work inspite of the erroneous date stamp. Happy New Year.......
