Dear IGS Users:

     The CDDIS will be unavailable to the user community on Monday, 
August 23, 1993 from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. (EDT).  The system hardware 
will be inspected at that time.  I regret any inconvenience this 
down-time will cause the user community.
