The new products can be found at ftp://sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/15min. The directory contains two sp3 files that are updated every 15 minutes. The file named 15min.sp3 contains the 15 most recent 1 minute orbit and clock estimates. The second file named --
.sp3 contains the most recent entries for that day and results from the previous day. ( is the 4-digit year, is the 2-digit month, and
the 2-digit day of month.) Comparisons with our current final IGS orbits show agreement at the level of 30-40 cm 3DRMS. These products are still experimental. In the near future we intend to provide Earth orientation parameters and ECI representation of the products in support of GIPSY users.
